I'm not really sure about this but some ports are dedicated to the iGPU only, I've seen some weirdness like that happen before.You can also try and mirroring the display on both, sometimes it forces windows to only use one of the graphics cards to output to the two of your devices. Computer display won't turn off. Simultaneously press Windows button and X. Select Power Options. On the next window, click Change advanced power settings. On the new window that appeared, choose Change plan settings on your preferred power plan.

Does it even get used, really? Try this (only as a last resource, try shaun's solution first): I tried Shaun's. All I did was go into display settings and hit duplicate displays. Loaded Enter the Gungeon, a simple top-down, and it worked flawlessly.
