Fallout New Vegas Train Tunnel
Well, now my game is getting all glitchy. Ed-e was knocked unconscious trying to dart to Nelis and it's been about 2 weeks of gameplay and a of yet he's just disappeared. Only whenever I talk to Rex to add him as a companion, he always barks at Ed-e's presence. Further Arcade won't flash the option to have me join him anymore. After reading up about this glitch on the fallout wiki, I apparently need to ditch both of my companions in order for the dialog option to reappear, only I can't do that because ed-e disappeared.I can deal with no Arcade, because frankly he sucks, and I already completed the Brotherhood stuff to wear power armor, but I'm bummer about Ed-e. I'm really missing that extra inventory space, not to mention his absolute BAMFness in combat (I had the followers upgrade him).
Not to mention he disappeared while carrying a full load of weapons (including the Tesla gun).Another glitch I found was when traveling through the subway tunnels (I forget what they're called, they're all the way to the right side of the map) there's a little room between the two entrances, and I had to kill a glowing one in there. Only thing is, every time I try to go up the stairs into the room and loot the glowing one and explore the room, I fall through the bottom of the map.Just wondering if anyone had any experience with these or other glitches and knew of a way to fix it. I miss my Tesla gun.
The Train Tunnel is a new location added to the Capital Wasteland after you download The Pitt. It's a tunnel that connects the Capital Wasteland to The Pitt.If you attempt to walk down the tunnel a message will appear telling you it's too dark to travel, you can enter The Pitt by activating the Handcar at the front of the tunnel.

I miss my Tesla gun If you go to the overgrown Vault (I forget which one) and use the elevator it will spawn your companions near you.thats vualt 22. After further wiki-ing Ed-e can be destroyed in a large explosion (such as trying to get into Nelis and getting blown up) and there is nothing you can do.
So I just went ahead and beat the game with Cass by my side because Veronica was also glitchy. Apparently if you convince Veronica to stay in the brotherhood, and then wipe it out for 'for the republic pt 2' she gets stuck in a dialog loop.
Specifically what happens is she says 'what's up' and opens a dialog box every 2 seconds, making the game unplayable unless you tell her to go back to the lucky 22.Despite the glitches this was easily the most engrossing experience I've ever had in a game. I use Oliver's Anti-Material Rifle with hand load rounds it does 163 DAM per shot.Where do you get that?
I used the anti-material riffle from the Gun runners against Death Claws, anyone with power Armor, and the end boss.50 ammo was too expensive and the thing fires too slow in comparison to the Gobi to have justified using it more.It was originally at Hoover Dam but the cell it was in got deleted for the final version you have to console it in and for the hand load ammo you better console that in to. For the rifle: For the Hand Load Ammo:. I can kill a deathclaw in one shot with a sneak attack critical to the head which isn't hard to get if you have 100 gun skill and the required strength. I also could have console in'ed Ed-e again, but alas. Yes I could sneak attack death claws to the head with the regular anti material riffle. Even when they were charging me it was usually a 2-3 n0 sc0p3z to the body with that thing. Once I decided to level up my guns it was just deadly.
At first I gave myself like zero gun skill because I figured I'd just be able to snipe everyone using my superior Cod skills. After taking like all my ammo in that first little mini mission in Goodsprings I realized I actually needed to level that up a bit.
